Shipping Policy

We work hard to get your scents to you as quickly as possible. Here is how we handle shipping:

• Carrier: All orders are shipped via Thailand Post (EMS).
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 2-4 business days nationwide.
• Shipping Fee: Standard shipping is THB 60.
• Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on all orders of THB 1,000 or more.
• Same-Day Shipping: Orders placed before 8:00 AM (Monday – Saturday) are shipped the same day.
• Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking code.

*In some cases, or for orders placed after the cut-off time, your package will be shipped the following business day. We do not ship on Sundays or public holidays.
