7-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be happy with your Dalayla products. If something isn’t right, here is how we can help:
1. Aroma Burners
- Damaged or Defective: You can exchange burners that are damaged during shipping or non-functional within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Replacements: If a device is faulty, please ship it back to us for inspection. We will send a replacement once the return shipping is confirmed (subject to stock availability).
- Refunds: Refunds are only issued if the item is out of stock and a replacement cannot be provided.
2. Wax Products
- All sales are final for Wax Melts, Tealight Candles, and other wax-based products. Due to hygiene and quality standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.
*Note: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
